Job Ready English sells digital educational PDF Ebooks. All products are delivered digitally via email after successful payment. No physical product is shipped.

2. Eligibility

• You must have the legal right to use the payment method provided
• All information provided must be accurate and complete

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payments processed securely via Razorpay — UPI, GPay, PhonePe, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking accepted
• Orders confirmed only after successful payment
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

4. Digital Product Delivery

• Download link sent to registered email instantly after payment
• If not received within 60 minutes, check Spam/Promotions folder

5. Intellectual Property

All content is the intellectual property of Job Ready English. You are granted a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use purchased ebooks for your own learning only.

6. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges once the product is delivered/downloaded.

7. Limitation of Liability

Job Ready English shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
