Important: Job Ready English sells exclusively digital PDF products. Due to the instant-access nature of digital goods, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Nature of Product

All products are digital downloadable PDF Ebook Bundles. Upon successful payment, the product is instantly delivered to your email. Since digital products are accessed immediately, they cannot be “returned.”

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds once the digital product has been delivered or the download link has been accessed.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, partial use, or dissatisfaction after download.
Digital products, once delivered, cannot be returned.

3. No Cancellation After Purchase

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is processed and product delivered.
Since delivery is instant and automatic, cancellation requests after order confirmation will not be entertained.

4. When We Will Help — Exceptions

Non-Delivery: Download link not received within 60 minutes — we will resend immediately
Duplicate Payment: Charged more than once — extra amount refunded within 5-7 business days after verification
Technical Failure: Verified error on our end preventing delivery entirely

For exceptions: Email get@jobreadyenglish.in within 48 hours with your Order ID and payment details. We resolve within 24-48 hours.
